Mineral concealer for an even, fresh look
A mineral concealer is a powder concealer that camouflages blemishes, redness and dark circles. A corrector goes one step further: it makes a discolouration visually less noticeable using an opposite colour. At Creative Cosmetics you choose from four concealers and two colour correctors, free from fragrance, parabens and talc.
A mineral concealer is indispensable when you want extra coverage in specific spots without weighing down the skin. With a mineral concealer you camouflage dark circles, redness and imperfections in a natural way. Thanks to the light, breathable formula, the skin stays comfortable and keeps its natural look.
Mineral concealers are made from pigments such as mica, titanium dioxide and iron oxides. These ingredients give effective coverage without clogging the pores. Our concealers and correctors are fragrance-free, paraben-free and talc-free. You can find the full ingredient list with sources on every product page.
That makes mineral concealers especially suitable for everyday use and for people with sensitive or acne-prone skin.

What is the difference between a mineral concealer and a corrector?
A mineral concealer is used to subtly camouflage imperfections and make the complexion more even. A corrector goes one step further and neutralises specific discolourations in the skin using colour correction.
Think of:
- Green corrector to make redness visually less noticeable
- Peach or pink shades to camouflage dark circles and bluish discolouration
- Yellow shades to make purple-blue shadows and dark circles visually less noticeable
By applying a mineral corrector first and a mineral concealer afterwards, you get an even, natural result without thick layers of make-up. The fine structure of mineral powders helps the product blend beautifully with the skin.
Mineral concealer for every skin type
Mineral concealers are suitable for almost every skin type. On oily skin, the powder structure helps absorb excess shine. On dry skin, the formula stays light and comfortable, provided the skin is well hydrated.
Our concealers and correctors are suitable for sensitive skin. Even with blemishes, a mineral concealer gives coverage without clogging the pores.
Thanks to the breathable properties, the skin stays comfortable while redness and imperfections are subtly camouflaged.
Buildable coverage without a heavy effect
An important advantage of mineral concealers is buildable coverage. You apply the product in thin layers and decide for yourself how much coverage you need. This prevents a cakey effect or visible build-up in fine lines.
Mineral pigments reflect light in a subtle way, making the skin look fresher and more even. This makes a mineral concealer ideal for under the eyes and for spot correction of imperfections.
Combined with a mineral foundation, you get a natural base that stays comfortable all day.
How do you use a mineral concealer or corrector?
Apply a small amount of mineral corrector to the spot where discolouration is visible. Gently work the product in with the Tapered Concealer Brush or with light dabbing movements.
Then apply a mineral concealer to even out the skin further. Make sure you blend the edges well so the product melts seamlessly into your foundation. If you like, set with a light mineral powder for extra staying power.
By using mineral concealers in the right order, your make-up lasts longer and the skin keeps its natural look.
Frequently asked questions about mineral concealers and correctors
Which concealer do I use for redness?
Concealer Green is a green powder concealer that camouflages visible redness. Green and red sit opposite each other on the colour wheel, which makes redness visually less noticeable. Then apply a skin-coloured concealer and your foundation.
Can I use Concealer Green for rosacea or couperose?
Concealer Green camouflages visible redness, including redness caused by rosacea or couperose. It is make-up and does not treat rosacea or couperose. If you have skin concerns, ask a dermatologist or skin therapist.
Which corrector do I use for dark circles?
That depends on the colour of the discolouration and your skin tone. Concealer Pink suits bluish or greyish circles on light to medium skin. Colour Corrector Go Bananas is meant for purple-blue shadows and Colour Corrector Just Peachy for blue-purple circles on medium to deep skin.
In which order do I apply corrector, concealer and foundation?
Start with the corrector on the discoloured spot, then the concealer and finally your foundation. Always build up in thin layers, because adding product is easier than taking it away.
Do the concealers and correctors contain silicones?
According to the ingredient list, only Colour Corrector Go Bananas contains a silicone (Dimethicone). The other five contain no silicones. All six are fragrance-free, paraben-free and talc-free.
Are the concealers and correctors vegan?
Yes, according to our product specification they contain no ingredients of animal origin. They are also cruelty-free.
