Creative Workshop in Burgerveen We are happy to welcome you to our cozy Creative Store in Burgerveen. Here, you can join a Makeup Workshop. You can reserve your workshop through our online agenda, ensuring we have all the time and attention needed for your questions about makeup and natural skincare — including personalized color advice from one of our makeup artists.
Online Customer Service With our professional makeup artists, we can help everyone discover their most beautiful features using online makeup advice. Whether through Facebook Messenger or email, our makeup artists are ready to assist you.

Complaints Have you ordered your favorite makeup or skincare products and have a question or complaint after receiving them? Fill in our complaints form and send it toinfo@creativecosmetics.nl— we will assist you as soon as possible.
Sometimes things do not go entirely as planned. We recommend reporting complaints to us first viainfo@creativecosmetics.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, you may submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur.
WebwinkelKeur If a complaint cannot be resolved together, consumers can contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. If no solution is found, the consumer may submit the dispute to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The ruling is binding for both the company and the consumer. Costs for submitting a dispute are borne by the consumer.
Warranty We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Still, it may happen that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect, you must contact us within a reasonable period — in any case within two months.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange either a free repair or replacement.
Telephone Customer Service Creative Cosmetics values excellent service. On working days from 10:00–17:00, we are available to answer all your questions.
