What is the standard delivery time?
Orders placed on working days before 12:00 can be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Don’t want to wait at home all day for your parcel? No problem! Creative Cosmetics works with PostNL and DHL. Want to know where your parcel is? Check your Track & Trace code or contact the carrier.
Please note:Once your parcel has left our hands, Creative Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the exact delivery time. Any unexpected delays fall under the responsibility of the carrier to whom we handed over your order.
Shipping costs are based on packaging materials, courier fees, and manual handling.
For ordersover €50, shipping costs are waived. This applies to orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. When shipping costs are waived, our system automatically selects the carrier for your delivery.
I entered the wrong address—can you correct this?
Made a mistake in the delivery address? Contact us immediately at085-2121775or emailinfo@creativecosmetics.nl, and we’ll check whether the order can still be adjusted.
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. If we need to reship the parcel because the address submitted was incorrect, new shipping costs will be charged.
My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What now?
Sometimes Track & Trace indicates a parcel has been delivered while you haven’t received it yet. Please first check with your direct neighbours — they may have accepted the parcel for you. Also check the mailboxes.
Often the parcel arrives within a few more working days. If your parcel is still missing, contact us at085-2121775or emailinfo@creativecosmetics.nlso we can assist you and start an investigation with the carrier.
Orders outside the Netherlands
