Opening hours

Our webshop is always open - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week you can order your favorite mineral makeup and natural skincare .

Have a question in between orders? Our Creative AI will help you directly with information about products, orders or color choices.
Do you prefer personal contact? Our customer service is available Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.

Outside of these hours, simply leave a Voicemail or ticket via our helpdesk app - we'll respond as soon as we're back online.

Prefer to visit us in person?
Our office and Creative Store are open Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.
Because we work with a small and flexible staff, we always ask you to make an appointment first. That way you can be sure that we have time for you for purchases and/or advice.
