In case of complaints, the consumer must first contact the merchant. If no solution is reached, the consumer may submit the dispute to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The ruling is binding for both merchant and consumer. Submitting a dispute involves costs, which are paid by the consumer.
Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them in perfect condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover a defect or should reasonably have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange a free repair or replacement.
