The formula consists of just two ingredients: mica and titanium dioxide (CI 77891) and contains no fragrance or talc. The silky-soft powder texture is easy to apply and to combine with other colours. You can apply Stargazing both dry and wet: dry for a soft, subtle glow, and wet for a more intense colour and a more pronounced shine.
